Delayne Hyatt joined the Fort Worth Chamber in October 2024 as Vice President – Government Affairs. In this role, she oversees the creation and implementation of local and state-wide legislative agendas, coordination between the governmental affairs committee and Chamber leadership, and executes the Chamber’s annual public policy strategy. She looks forward to involving Chamber members in public policy conversations to create positive change in the business climate.
Delayne comes to the FWC with years of experience on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C. working for Texas lawmakers, where she gained valuable experience in public policy and business community engagement. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics from Texas A&M University.
Outside of work, Delayne enjoys exploring small towns with her husband, Alex, and reading about politics and true crime.
