FORT WORTH CHAMBER HOSTS COUNCIL COFFEES TO STRENGTHEN BUSINESS CONNECTIONS

November 22, 2024

The Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce recently held two Council Coffees for local business leaders to connect and engage with their neighbors in the South and North Areas of the city.

On Tuesday, November 5, and Wednesday, November 6, Fort Worth Chamber members in the South and North Areas gathered for a morning of coffee and conversations hosted by their respective Area Boards. The South Area Council Coffee was held at Tarrant County College South Campus, while the North Area Council Coffee was hosted at Texas Motor Speedway. Held from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m., the events offered members a chance to mingle and connect before beginning their workday.

Council Coffees are exclusive events designed for members within a specific geographic area of Fort Worth. The gatherings offer an informal setting where local business leaders can connect, share insights, and build relationships, free from the structure and formality of programmed events. FWC’s Area Boards select the locations for the events, ensuring they are conveniently located for attendees.

“Attending the Chamber of Commerce South Council Coffee was a valuable experience,” said Mark Gary, Lendan Marketing. “The relaxed setting fostered meaningful conversations, business insights, and mutual support. For anyone looking to grow their network and explore local opportunities, these events offer an easy and enjoyable way to build genuine connections.”

The Chamber’s Area Councils play a key role in facilitating these connections. A Fort Worth Chamber membership grants businesses automatic access to their respective Area Council, based on their business address. The goal is to strengthen local business networks and create opportunities for collaboration.

Council Coffees are one of the many ways your Chamber membership connects you with local business leaders and valuable resources. To stay informed, learn which Area Council your business belongs to, and receive updates on upcoming events, log in to the Member Information Center to update your communication preferences. We look forward to seeing you at the next Council Coffee!
